For instructors we will be sending out information on classes needing to be taught and updates to any policies or procedures.
Office Hours for Assistance
The Fire Service Office at A-B Tech is open 4 days a week. Office hours are usually from 8:30 - 2:30 (or 25 hrs per week). The best way to contact us is with e-mail listed above. We will make every effort to respond within 48 hrs. You can also contact John Witherspoon at Ext. 844 for fire service questions.
Buncombe County Firefighters Association Advisory Committee:
An advisory committee helps address the training needs of Buncombe County and how those needs can be better met by A-B Tech. This committee was chosen by the association with Tom Kelly chairing the committee for 2006. The other members representing each region of the county are as follows Jeff Corpening South, Doug Gregory East, Jeff Allman North and AFR will be providing a representative. Please get in touch with these individuals if you have any suggestions or comments.
